Dr. Nouf Abdullah stands out as a consultant radiologist with a deep-seated expertise in breast and women’s imaging, intervention, and general radiology. Her specialization in cutting-edge breast imaging techniques, including 3D mammography, breast MRI, and imaging-guided procedures, marks her as a leading figure in her field. Her leadership as the former Chairman of the Department of Radiology at IMC showcases her commitment to excellence and innovation in radiology.
Her journey in radiology was further shaped by advanced specialist training at McGill University in Canada, enriching her expertise and paving the way for her role as the former breast imaging director at National Guard hospitals in Riyadh and Jeddah. Dr. Abdullah was instrumental in pioneering MRI guided biopsy techniques across these institutions, significantly enhancing diagnostic accuracy and patient care.
As an esteemed educator, Dr. Abdullah has significantly contributed to radiology education, serving as the head of the scientific radiology residency in the western region and directing residency programs in both National Guard hospitals and IMC. Her dedication to education is highlighted by her initiative to launch and sustain a national radiology review course for a decade, benefiting hundreds of residents.
A passionate advocate for breast cancer screening, Dr. Abdullah is dedicated to providing comprehensive diagnostic workups, leveraging her vast experience to improve patient outcomes.
