A proud alumnus of McGill University, he is double board-certified in Internal Medicine and Pulmonology in both the US and Canada. Dr. Alwakeel specializes in Interventional Pulmonology and Thoracic Oncology, showcasing his commitment to advancing lung health and cancer care.

As an assistant professor at Alfaisal University and a respected lecturer at King Abdulaziz University and King Faisal Specialist Hospital, Dr. Alwakeel is passionate about educating future healthcare leaders.
