Specializing in emergency care, autoimmune diseases, cardiovascular conditions, and the intricate management of multi-system disease processes, Dr. Carvalho’s expertise spans across critical aspects of internal medicine, addressing both acute and chronic health challenges with proficiency and compassion.

Dr. Carvalho’s commitment to acute care is evidenced by his leadership roles, notably as the deputy director of the Emergency and Reanimation Medical Vehicle Team from 2016 to 2019 and as a team leader in the Emergency Department starting in 2018.
